Eggleston & Briscoe assists our clients with probate, trust and estate administration, and guardianship matters. Our lawyers routinely represent executors, administrators and trustees in all aspects of estate and trust administration. These aspects include the appointment and probate process, compliance with fiduciary duties, will contests and a variety of other matters relating to the administration and settlement of the estate and/or trust. We also represent beneficiaries regarding their interest in estates and trusts. In guardianship matters, the firm is often engaged to assist in seeking or defending against a proposed guardianship.
