Trey is a trial attorney with a practice focus on commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, construction litigation, and personal injury defense.
Trey received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law — Houston. While in law school, Trey was a member of the Board of Advocates and moot court program, where he competed in the Leroy R. Hassell, Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition at Regent University School of Law in Virginia. Additionally, he attended and completed the Baylor University Law School — Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland.
He joined Eggleston + Briscoe, LLP as an associate in 2021.
