William “Will” J. Eggleston IV is a trial attorney who began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Brazoria County District Attorney’s office in Angleton, Texas. During his time as a prosecutor, Will gained extensive and valuable courtroom experience trying over 40 cases to verdict with many of those being first- and second-degree felony cases including multiple murder and aggravated robbery trials.
Will left the District Attorney’s office in 2013 to join Eggleston + Briscoe and currently serves as a partner. During his time at the firm, Will has concentrated on insurance defense litigation, construction litigation, and workers’ compensation non-subscriber litigation. Will has grown a reputation as a tough and experienced trial lawyer and a zealous advocate for all of his clients.
Will is a graduate of Texas A&M and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. During his time in law school, he was a member of the South Texas College of Law Board of Advocates and interned for the Harris County District Attorney’s office.
