Trial verdict for real estate developer.
E+B obtained a favorable trial court verdict, including $1 million in attorneys’ fees, on behalf of its real estate developer client in claims against an engineering company for breach of contract, professional negligence, and fraud related to development of a residential subdivision. While on appeal, the case was favorably settled to the satisfaction of E+B’s client.
